Named after the beautiful culinary Greek island in the Aegean Sea, Hydra Estiatorio Mediterranean & Bar offers Vancouver’s freshest seafood selections right from the sea and our local sustainable farms. Time-honored ingredients elevate timeless Greek cuisine, with Chef-driven traditional dishes grilled with perfect execution at Hydra Estiatorio Mediterranean & Bar in the heart of Downtown Vancouver.

Our upscale Greek eatery features expansive seating in villa décor, offering an escape from the everyday. With accents like our little fishy custom Scabetti chandeliers imported from London, our fresh seafood display at the Raw Bar and curated art collection throughout (including a commissioned large swirling Greek sea painting by Antonis Titakis), Hydra is the perfect space for groups small and large.
