THE DEN  AT HYDRA

Inspired by the iconic bustling cafes of Europe, the Den at Hydra offers an elegant space for morning coffee and pastry, an afternoon aperitif, espresso, botanical cocktail, or an evening wine by the glass. Guests may enjoy their selections on the go, at standing tables by the fireplace, or visit Bar Hydra via the elegant marble staircase. The Den opens daily at 7am for coffee and pastries, and is operational throughout the day to meet the needs of each traveler. At 5pm, the Den at Hydra transitions into a cocktail and wine bar.
